Office Admin

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and patients at the front desk of the office
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a driving school is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity tools

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.55 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
