**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**What You Will Do In This Role**:

- Provide service and repair as well as service and maintenance training for installed Dematic systems and equipment.
- As the Dematic representative in the Customer's facility, this position has a heavy responsibility for maintaining customer goodwill toward Dematic.
- Primary objective is to ensure that Dematic systems have the greatest availability possible for Customer use and to ensure that Customers are satisfied with their Dematic system and equipment.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Trade school graduate or technologist/technician in electrical, or mechatronics program.
- AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is highly prized.
- Must be willing to travel on short notice and spend more than 70% of the time traveling. May be continuously away from home for as long as a month (offer travel expenses).
- Must be willing to be available during off hours and travel accordingly.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts.
- Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations.
- Must be able to write concise, clear, and complete trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures.
- Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers for word processing, data base functions and communications. Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required.
- Working experience with troubleshooting PLC's is required.
