Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation - Handle cash and process payments using the POS system - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards - Assist with food preparation as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
