Our dynamic and growing team is seeking an AR Specialist.

As a member of our Finance team, you will be responsible high volume of billing and processing of payments. You will assist with the needs and inquiries of the business to ensure we deliver optimal service both timely and accurately. This role will report directly to our VP of Finance.

THE JOB:

- Create invoices to bill all customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Upload warranty service invoices with technical specifications directly into customer portals.
- Set up new vendor accounts and provide required documentation.
- Manage and track accounts receivable balances, payments and payment schedules.
- Follow up on delinquent payments and initiate collection efforts.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger to general ledger monthly.
- Prepare and deliver monthly Accounts Receivable aging statements and analysis to VP of Finance and CFO.
- Maintain accurate working papers related to AR transactions.
- Assist with the interim and annual audit process.
- Ensure appropriate authorization and policies are adhered to.
- Assist with additional month-end and year end tasks as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in retail industry, or a related field with high volume.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar related field.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to work is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time and priority management.
- Teamwork and proactive individual contribution.
- Self starter and able to work independently.

Pay: $38,172.54-$63,343.05 per year
