**Job Summary**:
The Crew Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of a crew of up to 5 people. Duties will include supervising the work of the crew, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the grounds, and maintaining a high level of quality in the services provided. Ability to make decisions and have a good understanding of leading a landscaping crew.

**Essential Duties**:

- Coordinate daily crew activities with management to ensure crew is on task and work is completed.
- Manage staff time and resources appropriately
- Coordinate daily crew activities with management to ensure crew is on task and ready to perform their best
- Maintain quality standards for all customer interactions including but not limited to communication, appearance, demeanor, attitude, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor to ensure proper operation of the company (i.e., accounting duties, inventory control etc.)

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently or as an essential part of a team when required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience landscaping (cutting grass, trimming, garden maintenance)
- G2 License required - G license preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G or G2 license (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Brampton, ON (preferred)

Work Location: In person
