The Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for working with internal clients to create strategic messages that achieve desired communication goals. As part of the Marketing team, this position will work closely with the Marketing team and teams across KUBRA to support impactful internal initiatives by seamlessly managing communications throughout the organization.

What you get to do every day:
- Manage internal marketing campaigns and communications to keep employees apprised of corporate initiatives, marketing efforts, branding initiatives, etc
- Partner with Creative Services and Demand Generation teams as needed for various communication inputs and formats
- Create and execute internal communications plans for the organization and its leadership
- Drive internal communications best-practice research and analysis of monthly internal communications analytics to formulate recommendations on improvements to the internal communications program
- Assist with enhancing and executing an internal communications strategy and program, including ongoing assessment and measurement
- Support larger corporate initiatives and external communications
What kind of person should you be?:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communications
- Project management skills - the ability to plan and manage successful projects; including managing risks, costs, time, and roadmaps
- Excellent organization, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle pressure and focus on results
What skills do you need?:
- 4+ years of marketing and/or communications experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, English, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Ability to drive impactful messaging through engaging content development and innovative creative direction for a consistent and targeted approach.
- Ability to work well individually or as part of a team.
- An acumen for collaborating and communicating across multiple stakeholders and work groups is critical.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with superior multitasking skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Slides
