**RÉSUMÉ**

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de la logistique, le superviseur d'entrepôt est le principal acteur de la planification et de la coordination des opérations de réception et d'entreposage. Il veille à ce que les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité alimentaire soient appliquées dans son service.

Reconnu comme un véritable leader dans le domaine, il comprend l'importance de soutenir continuellement son équipe et de la motiver pour atteindre les objectifs quotidiens. Il s'attache donc à clarifier ses attentes et à encadrer son personnel afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr afin d'appliquer les politiques de santé et de sécurité sur le lieu de travail.
- Superviser le stockage, ainsi que la bonne manutention et la réception des marchandises.
- Planifier les besoins en main-d'œuvre pour toutes les équipes, en collaboration avec d'autres superviseurs, en fonction du volume d'activité prévu.
- Communiquer et appliquer les procédures et réglementations internes afin d'améliorer la gestion des stocks.
- Conseiller et encadrer les employés sur les questions de performance.
- Initier certains projets afin de maintenir une culture d'amélioration continue dans le département.
- Diriger et contrôler les activités de l'entrepôt afin d'assurer la meilleure gestion des stocks et de réduire les déchets.

**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expérience de la supervision dans un environnement d'entrepôt/d'expédition.
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion des personnes.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités.
- Rigueur et souci du détail.
- Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement froid (4°C).

**SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Logistics Director, the warehouse supervisor is the main player to plan and coordinate the receiving and warehouse operations. He is focusing on ensuring the best practices for food safety into his department.

Recognized as a true leader in the field he understands the importance of continuously supporting his team and get them motivated to achieve daily objectives. Thus, he is focusing on clarifying his expectations and he is coaching the staff in order to reach the kpi targets.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies in the workplace.
- Oversee the storage, as well as the good handling and receiving of the goods
- Plan manpower requirements for all shifts, in collaboration with other supervisors according to the volume of business expected.
- Communicate and enforce internal procedures and regulations in order to enhance the inventory management.
- Advise and coach employees on performance issues.
- Initiate some project to maintain a continuous improvement Culture in the department
- Lead and monitor the warehouse activities to ensure the best inventory management and reduce the waste.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in supervision in a warehouse/shipping environment.
- Bilingualism, French & English, written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent sense of organization and priority management.
- Rigorous and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a cold environment (4°C).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
