- and intradepartmental committees/meetings/projects. The Supervisor, Registration & Mobility Services also has a strong commitment to exceptional and timely customer service.
This role steps into the manager leadership position when the Registration Services Manager is unavailable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide training and leadership to Registration Services Administrators and Registration Services and Program Administrator:

- Performance management guidance and support, including regular discussions and Performance Management Plans for the staff.
- Assisting with the recruitment of new Administrators (Registration Services).
- Creating all required training documentation and ensuring it remains updated and readily available to staff as needed.
- Training all new Registration Services Administrators (RSAs) and Registration Services and Program Administrators (RSPAs) and providing initial training for Registration Program Administrators (RPAs).
- Mentoring staff for quality and consistency in processes, completing monthly grading for quality, conducting one on one meetings, and assisting in PMP goals setting and guidance.
- Analyzing escalations and providing a resolution in coordination with the stakeholders, taking into consideration policies and practices in accordance with the EGP Act, Labour Mobility Act (Bill-49), and other policies/procedures in place.
- Interpretation of existing policies to advise on best course of action for stakeholders and staff inquiries.
- Facilitating open communication and working directly with the Admissions and Membership teams to ensure consistency in information and processes that affect the organization and the applicants.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities for efficiency on departments overseen, and implementing these changes and process improvement suggestions for intradepartmental improvements.
- Prioritizing and organizing urgent concerns, including identifying appropriate steps to manage the situation/escalations, providing status updates to stakeholders, resolving concerns in a timely manner, and escalating to the Registration Services Manager, when necessary.
- Facilitating, corroborating, and maintaining active participation within Registration or mobility related projects and working within the team to solicit engagement and input from the staff.
- Facilitating project and departmental meetings as necessary.
- Liaising with the IT department for creation of tools and views required for the delivery of the Registration program.

- Willingness to learn and troubleshoot, problem solving and analysis, time management and a strong focus on customer service.
- Must have the ability to work with confidential information, demonstrate professionalism and work effectively independently and in a team setting

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma in a related field.
- 4-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in process improvement, administrative quality assurance or customer service roles in a professional environment.
- Supervisory or lead hand experience is preferred.
- Some exposure to environments that have legislative or regulatory authorities will be considered an asset.
- Experience working within a project team or on project work will be considered an asset.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and/or various databases or systems is required.
- Strong communication and language skills is required.
- Equivalencies may be considered.
