**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for an Associate Manager, Social Media & Content Creator - TikTok with a fantastic creative instinct and passion for content creation.
This is a **6 month** **contract** position.
This is a hybrid position, based out of our head office in Toronto.
**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Support the Social Media Manager in content creation and development alongside Creative team
- Support the Social Media Manager in the implementation, and execution of social media strategies
- Support the Social Media Manager with onboarding and day to day management of the Social Media TikTok Associates
- Responsible for task management across the TikTok Team in relation to planning, and scheduling posts
- Own the execution of daily posts, maintain and develop the content calendar, monitor analytics, and maintain accounts on key social media channels
- Assist managing community management accounts across all TikTok accounts (including TikTok Shop)
- Stay up to date with DECIEM’s product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns
- Assist the Social Media Managers with creating and implementing strategy for brand activity on TikTok for all brands
- Support with the production of successful live streaming events, including hosting livestreams
- Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required
- Knowledge in current events and pop culture
- Knowledge and proficiency in all current social platforms, especially TikTok
- Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset
