**Job Summary**

**YOUR** Day-to-day Activities:

- **Strategy Development**:Define and execute a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, enhances efficiency, and delivers value to our partners.
- **Team Leadership**:Manage, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of automation engineers and developers to create innovative tools and systems.
- **Platform Development**:Oversee the design and development of a scalable turnkey microSolid Printing platform that supports low
- to high-volume productions.
- **Partnership Collaboration**: work closely with our partners (e.g., tool vendors, components suppliers, and material providers) to accelerate the development of the turnkey platform.
- **Innovation and Research**:Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation and manufacturing to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into our platform.
- **Operational Excellence**:Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in developing and deploying our automation solutions.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels, including presentations to executive teams and partners.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in automation, with at least five years in a leadership role overseeing automation technology development and implementation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing automation strategies that have significantly improved operational efficiencies.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation, mechatronics, software development, and perception processes.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a history of mentoring engineers and developers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
