**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials needed for treatments.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments and ensuring timely transitions between different stages of care.
- Perform basic dental procedures
- Provide exceptional patient care, addressing any questions or concerns to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment areas and sterilize instruments according to safety protocols.
- Support front office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance verification when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dental assisting or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications are preferred.
