**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du directeur marketing, le chargé de projet marketing est responsable de tous les projets marketing relatifs aux comptes clients spécifiques d'Ove Décors, en plus d'être l'expert en ressources et clients. Ce rôle comprend la planification, la gestion et l'exécution de projets avec notre équipe de conception graphique interne et notre chef de catégorie de développement de produits.

**Responsabilités**:

- Soutenir l'entreprise dans l'exécution de la stratégie marketing et aider à développer et suivre les directives de la marque.
- Recueillir des informations et synthétiser les demandes pour optimiser la planification du projet.
- S'assurer que le calendrier du projet est respecté et faciliter la communication entre les principaux membres du projet.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception graphique pour développer des dérivés de produits visuellement attrayants (emballages, présentoirs et signalétique en magasin, présentations clients, etc.).
- Soutenir l'équipe E-commerce avec la création de contenu adapté à leurs besoins.
- Assurer la distribution des différents outils marketing à nos clients pour le déploiement ou le réapprovisionnement des produits.
- L’amélioration du processus et de l’efficacité sera la clé du succès de ce rôle au fil du temps.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience en gestion de projet et collaboration avec des graphistes
- Organisé avec beaucoup d'attention aux détails
- Capacité à travailler sous pression avec des délais serrés et variables dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches ou projets à la fois
- Capacité à synthétiser et vulgariser une grande quantité d'informations
- Entièrement bilingue (anglais / français), oral et écrit
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Esprit d’équipe, dynamique, débrouillard et positif

**Exigences requises**:

- DEC ou Baccalauréat en marketing, communication ou design graphique
- 3-5 années d’expérience en gestion de projets

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for all marketing projects relating to specific Ove Decors client accounts, as well as being the go-to resource and client expert. This role entails planning, managing, and executing projects with our in-house graphic design team and product development category leader.
