Momentum Desserts and Coffee Inc. is a locally owned café in Regina, SK, where we serve up freshly brewed coffee, mouthwatering desserts, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We’re passionate about creating a memorable experience for our customers, and we need a dedicated **Order Coordinator** to ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered on time.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Order Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and coordinate customer orders, ensuring everything is processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with both our front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure that our customers receive their orders exactly as requested, whether they’re enjoying a cup of coffee in our café or ordering for a special event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Take, process, and track customer orders, both in-store and for catering or delivery.
- **Coordinate with Kitchen & Staff**: Ensure the kitchen is aware of special requests or modifications and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- **Customer Communication**: Address customer inquiries, confirm order details, and update them on the status of their order.
- **Inventory Support**: Help monitor stock levels of popular items and coordinate with management on any inventory needs.
- **Event Orders**: Coordinate large or special orders for events or group catering, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all orders are accurate, well-presented, and meet the standards of Momentum Desserts and Coffee Inc.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous experience in a food service or order coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—able to multitask and interact with both customers and staff.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using order management and POS systems (experience with Café/Restaurant software is a plus).
- A passion for great food and exceptional service.

Pay: $44,802.03-$48,941.01 per year
