Subway Manager

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cash handling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.19-$19.34 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sainte-rose, QC H7L 5R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
