Regina, Canada Village RV Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Code and key accounts payable invoices.
- Balance and reconcile General Ledger (GL) schedule reports.
- Process payments
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Answer telephone calls and provide support to the team as needed.
- May also assist service department with closing work orders and calling customers

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create or modify spreadsheets.
- Neat and legible handwriting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

**Schedule**:
This is a part-time position - Flexibility in scheduling can be discussed.
