**CNC Machinist Foreman** to join our dynamic team based in Delta’s Tilbury Park. This position will join the team producing machined parts primarily on CNC and manual machining centers.

**Friday - Sunday**

**5:15am - 5:45pm (12-Hour Shifts) A weekend premium of 4 hours is paid for completing an entire scheduled shift for the weekend.**

**Job Description/Duties**:

- Set up and operate machine tools such as CNC, Manual Lathes, Milling machines, etc. to make components to specified tolerances and dimensions.
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches.
- Use a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc controls is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and follow written procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Good documentation and organization skills.
- Clear communication written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years Foreman or Lead hand experience.
- Knowledge in both CNC and Manual setups.
- Programming would be an asset (Mastercam).
- Ability to read and create drawing to explain issues.
- Self starter.
- Must be confident to make judgement calls.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to read, write and explain instructions in a professional manner.
