Job Summary:
Available to work both weekdays and weekends.

**Duties**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee equipment, etc.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure a clean and organized dining environment.
- Support kitchen and front of house staff as needed during peak dining hours.
- Polishes glassware and cutlery, assembles take-out boxes
- Takes out garbage, compost and recycling
- Sweeps, mops floors as needed
- Assist with basic prep tasks, peeling vegetables, washing lettuces, assembling ingredients for baked goods

**Skills**:

- Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to assist in various tasks to support restaurant operations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
