Front Desk Clerk

**Purpose**:
The Front Desk Clerk provides front-line customer service to residents and guests and supports the Housing Administration and Accommodation & Conference Services teams as needed in supporting clients.
**Education**:
Must be a current student.
**Experience**:
Previous work experience may be considered.
**Skills**:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Good computer skills.
Accurate data entry skills.
Bookkeeping and cashiering skills.
Strong communication skills to obtain and relay accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
Exercise initiative and good judgment.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and on a team.
Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
Ability to handle high work volume and meeting frequent deadlines.
