The Inventory Control Administrator will focus on the preparation, submissions and management of part orders, inventory and returns.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.- Lead cycle count activities and ensure targets are met.
- Complete SAP administrative tasks daily ensuring all processes are completed.
- Assist in maintaining the flow of goods for tenders.
- Place product orders to fulfill inventory needs using Excel and SAP.Working and collaborating with management to report stock issues.Report and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Place purchase orders (PO) with suppliers and communicate lead times with stakeholders.
- Manage open POs following up with vendors on back orders and any issues.
- Create Warehouse Auto Ship Program (WASP) parts orders weekly.
- Create transfer orders from centralized purchases.
- Assist with creating returns and return PO’s to all vendors.
- Support warehouse staff as required to ensure the flow of goods.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

**Basic Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
- Valid driver's license and a good-driving record.
- Two years' experience in a dealership/truck or automotive parts, repair or related experience is an asset.
- Competency in the following areas required; administrative skills, inventory management, proficiency with software and computers and interpersonal skills.
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly attitude with strong customer focus
