- **Marketing Packages**: Offer marketing packages and create property listings.
- **Leads System**: Maintain the leads management system to ensure effective contact management.
- **Basic Bookkeeping**: Track expenses and invoice clients for services rendered.
- **Contract Preparation**: Prepare and review contracts.
- **Media Relations**: Respond to media inquiries.
- **Website Oversight**: Regularly review the website for errors and omissions, coordinating with the web developer as needed.
**Marketing**
- **Social Media Management**: Handle social media posts.
- **Monthly Newsletter**: Compile and create the monthly newsletter.
- **Network**:Solicit new potential properties for sale. Re-initiate contact with dormant leads
- **Revise Marketing Materials**: Regularly update marketing packages to align with current buyer/seller needs.

**Essential Skills**

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
