**Job Summary**:
The Abbotsford Centre Director at Cyrus Centre oversees operations and programs, ensuring high-quality services to vulnerable, homeless, and at-risk youth and their families. This role involves leadership, support, and supervision of staff and volunteers, aligned with the mission of showing God's love through practical and relational care. The Director fosters an environment where staff, volunteers, and youth feel valued, safe, and heard. In addition to administrative tasks such as scheduling and grant writing/reporting, the Director enhances organizational impact and nurtures a resilient, compassionate community. This position requires self-awareness, situational awareness, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

**Hours**:
40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday; evenings/weekends as necessary)

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including extended medical coverage.

**About Us**:
Cyrus Centre is a faith-based ministry that provides support, shelter, and housing for youth in the Fraser Valley who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Our mission is to _show God’s love with practical and relational care to youth and families in need. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and training.
- Develop and evaluate programs for youth and families.
- Provide case management support and handle complex cases.
- Represent Cyrus Centre at community events and advocate for youth.
- Manage budgets and assist with fundraising.
- Lead prayer meetings and offer spiritual support.
- Be on call for urgent situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Evangelical ministry training preferred.
- 3+ years in non-profit program delivery.
- Ministry experience essential.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
