The Objective of our team is to provide our clients with an unparalleled level of customer service, from initial contact to service completion. **SALARY**:Base (plus commission)
**What is your Role?**
Join our dynamic team of Customer Service Specialists offering clear, detailed and concise sales and service to our existing and soon to be clients. Support our growing team of professional technicians through coordinating all services with coordinated efforts and delivering on superior client support as a key contributor to our head office team.
PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Be the first impression for all sales and service processes; following up on leads
- Schedule all incoming and follow-up service requests in coordination with our delivery team
- Maintain client contact in advance of service, educate and supporting successful execution by our Technicians
- Tabulate for invoicing, through records of service and program detail
- Record all Customer Relationship and Management through our existing database (CRM)
- Resolution and ownership and follow-up
- Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 years of high volume Customer Service Related experience
- Computer proficiency using MS Office Applications (Specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Computer proficiency using CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent in Business Administration

- Team Player and self motivated, with eagerness to contribute to business success
- Appreciation of client perspective and a strong desire to improve client experience
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while managing strict deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust

- High performer in fast paced environments
Seasonal Position during busy season
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 - 8 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 44 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
