Job Duties
- Display a “guests are first” attitude and act as a brand and hospitality ambassador at all times.
- Display a Servant Leadership attitude and help support company's core values.
- Train and hold the team accountable for delivering an exceptional guest service.
- Ensure proper staffing levels during restaurant shifts and train a team capable of meeting the demands of the restaurant.
- Recognize individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and programs as well as by finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition.
- Supervise and participate in restaurant cleaning activities.
- Ensure that operating equipment and inventory is used efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are available for guests during specified service times.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste and order ingredients and supplies required.
- Receive and store deliveries, as well as investigate inventory variances.
- Develop work schedules and assign duties to all team members.
- Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and timecard verification for payroll purpose.
- Plan and execute catering and product pre-orders.
- Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding by daily shift huddles and other team meetings on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience in the food services industry, ideally in a high volume bakery, café, or other restaurant concepts.
- 2 years of direct QSR work experience in a supervisory capacity with demonstrated excellent guest service.
- Experience supervising Team Members, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Experience ordering and monitoring supplies, and ensuring appropriate product inventories are in place.
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Having driver license and your own vehicle is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evening and weekends.
- Willing to relocate if required
- Works with company Team Members and general public on continual basis.
- Lifting or moving up to 25 lbs. may be required.
- Ability to be on standing and walking for long periods of time.
**Salary**: $20-$22 per hour plus benefits and bonus
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
