**Consultant Qualifications**:
**The technical writer is required to have the following skills and experience**:
b) Minimum of 2 years of experience creating workflow or flow chart diagrams for an IT Enterprise Organization, knowledge of conducting user acceptance testing and working knowledge of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) framework to ensure documentation aligns with our enterprise key goals to streamline IT service processes.

b) Ability to attend working sessions during business hours (PST) (between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00) using MS Teams and or in person to gather information and conduct interviews;
c) Identify audiences for documents and structure the documents appropriately;
e) Review project deliverables (documents) for:

- tone and level of complexity are suitable for audience, and
- grammar and punctuation enhance readability and comprehension; and

f) Perform copy edit on requested documentation

g) Excellent oral and written skills in English

h) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience**:

- Diploma in the computer science field; or
- Certification in the computer science field; or
- 2 or more years of related work experience; or
- an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Preference may be given to those with one (1) or more of the following:

- Experience working with Service Now (ITSM Software Solution)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: Up to $50.07 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
