The Maintenance Planning Assistant will provide administrative and operation support to the Maintenance, Planning and Compliance unit.
**Education**:
High school graduation or equivalent.
**Experience**:
Minimum one year customer service experience in a call center and/or dispatch type environment. Experience using Maximo or similar maintenance recording system preferred.
**Skills**:
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and calmly in high volume environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to be tactful and courteous.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately with numbers.
Intermediate word-processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS Excel), and presentation (MS PowerPoint) skills.
