**Your day-to-day success is determined by your ability to**:

- Pick, prepare, process and ship customer orders in a timely manner; maintain records and paperwork for orders.
- Ensure items are accurately and efficiently picked and identified to avoid discrepancies
- Load, unload trucks, and receive stock while ensuring orders are correct.
- Some local delivery and pick up of materials in a timely manner to designated sites.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary warehouse and perform various housekeeping duties
- Participate in physical inventory including communicating on discrepancies.
- Be an effective team player, and able to work independently, along with the willingness to take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
- Maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safe operation of vehicle.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to promote and ensure the safe work environment for all.
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with DistributionNOW Operating Values.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Warehouse, general labour or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift would be considered an asset.
- Able to lift and carry up to 35lbs.
- Personal organization and life management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract.

**Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work)
