**What you will do**:
The Ontario eConsult Centre of Excellence (eConsult COE), established in January 2018, provides clinical leadership and program oversight for the Ontario eConsult Program and aims to enable eConsult access across Ontario. The eConsult COE is led by the co-founders of eConsult BASE (Building Access to Specialists through eConsultation), the co-executive directors, Dr. Clare Liddy (Bruyère Research Institute and TOH) and Dr. Erin Keely (The Ottawa Hospital).

As manager for the eConsult Centre of Excellence you will work within the Ontario eServices Program (co-led by the Ontario eConsult Centre of Excellence at TOH and the eHealth Centre of Excellence) to oversee the operations, tracking and reporting of the provincial eConsult program (funded directly through Ontario Health).

Reporting to the Physician Co-Executive Directors and the Director of Business Development, the Program Manager will work closely with the eConsult COE team, the eCE team and both provincial and regional partners to ensure milestone deliverables are met. This includes management of the core team, financial oversight related to program Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA) and physician remuneration, change management and adoption for eConsult provincially.

The overall vision of Ontario eServices is to deliver digital services (eConsult and eReferral) that support clinical workflows and facilitate smoother transitions in care and an improved patient experience.

Please note that this position is temporary for approximately 12 months, with possibility of extension.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related;
- Five (5) years of team management, leadership, supervisory, or equivalent experience in the health care system;
- Experience working with the Ministry of Health and/or Ontario Health leading provincial health programs;
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget preparation, allocations and reporting;
- Experience working with clinicians and patients;
- Knowledge of primary care and specialty care delivery models;
- Superior understanding of principles of adoption and change management;
- Understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Health Information System (HIS) landscape in Ontario;
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external regional/provincial partners across the care continuum;
- Superior analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Client-focused with a commitment to excellence;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver program materials in a professional manner to external stakeholders;
- Ability to build strong relationships with various levels of internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to lead with empathy.

- Experience in a complex health care environment;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
