We are looking for a **FLOOR MANAGER** with previous management experience to join our team. The **FLOOR MANAGER **is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives along with supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Operations**:

- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Manage staff, providing them with feedback and maintaining a high level of employee morale
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to ensure guest recovery and return
- Create an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as a highly functioning team

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a manager of a high volume, similar environment
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent is an asset
- Wine education is a must
- Sommelier accreditation is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels, exceptional interpersonal skills
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
- Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage
