- **Key Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area, keeping it stocked and functioning efficiently.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment meet health and safety standards, following all cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
- Remove trash, sweep, and mop kitchen floors, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service during busy shifts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
