We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant are: Inventory system management, Material ordering, Invoice and client payment processing, Permit processing, Change order processing, Inventory management, Updating cost control and budget management systems, Other administration as required (supplier reconciliations etc.)

What we are looking for: College Diploma or University degree, High attention to detail is essential, Strong communication skills required, Experience in Excel, Interested in learning and taking on new challenges, Experience working in the construction industry preferred, but not required.
