An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as an **Onsite Receiver. **Ensure the Dow database SAP reflects all needed info. The main responsibility for the receiver is to formally accept all freight delivered to the sites main warehouse. Receivers reside in the main warehouse with their own computer workstations. Often on the forklift but rarely ever needing to leave the warehouse space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials
- Unload trucks and verify the accuracy of delivered items
- Sort and organize received items in designated storage areas
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials within the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse distribution preferred
- Familiarity with MRP systems for inventory management is a plus
- Ability to load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes in an e-commerce environment
