- Days, Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts (11:00-19:00). Must be available for stand-by and call-back on evenings, nights, weekends, and stat holidays.- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change

**Basic Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
- Two (2) years recent experience completing full registration processes as an Outpatient clerk or Diagnostic Imaging Booking Clerk or Admitting Department Clerk;
- Name and Number Test;
- Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
- Intermediate Excel;
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills;
- Excellent organzational skills;
- Ability to learn Regional and Provincial EMPI, NEODIN EMPI and to understand HL7 integration;
- Knowledge of Ottawa Hospital Corporate & Regional Registration policies and standards, Atlas Alliance Chart Correction guide, EPIC/EMPI/NEODIN related standard operating procedures;
- Experience with Basic Office Procedures, Central Patient Index, Medical Records System, Ottawa Hospital Corporate Regional Registration module, EPIC/OACIS/EMPI system;
- Experience with testing/QA data integration/system integration concepts and processes.
