POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving business growth, and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance our brokerage. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing agents while providing leadership and support to help them succeed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit talented real estate agents, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with management to set recruitment goals and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new agents, including training, orientation, and integration into the brokerage's culture and systems.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team, drive results, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
- Knowledge of real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and MLS platforms.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
