We’re growing again We are looking for Continuing Care Assistants (CCA) to join our TEAM.

We share a common primary objective to address the individual needs of every resident.

This is accomplished by understanding and being committed to the Philosophy of Service. Being a part of our TEAM means consistently demonstrating and integrating our resident directed philosophy into daily routines.

We are more than a place to live or work. We are a community of people and friendships where the focus is on living well in the place our residents call home.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Assists residents with hygiene needs and daily living activities including bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care, positioning in bed, feeding and transferring.
- Assists with resident’s restorative care programs, walking and range of motion.
- Collaborates with the resident and other members of the interdisciplinary team in the development of individualized Resident Care Plan.
- Communicates and reports relevant information regarding resident care or safety to the charge nurse.

**Requirements Include**:

- Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Workers Course.
- The ability to work required shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Alzheimer’s & other Related Dementia Care Course, U-First training preferred.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work.

**Salary**: $45,434.00-$60,778.00 per year
