- Ability to identify and prioritize daily tasks
- A strong passion for food
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knife skills
- Food Safe Level 1 an asset
- Must be available for shift work, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
