**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Manager will have the mandate to ensure optimal management of all commercial activities related to his client base.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Provide exceptional service in all relationships with existing and potential clients
- Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts
- Achieve business objectives
- Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team
- Participate in product development projects with the engineering team
- Create and present sales proposals to customers
- Occasionally visit key customers
- Obtain, share and track customer purchase forecasts
- Follow up on sales opportunities using a CRM
- Ensure the prospecting and research of new customers
- Organize and participate in various commercial events (trade shows, galas, cocktail parties, etc.)

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration or other relevant training or experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development, account management, or product development
- Have some understanding and interest in mechanics
- Demonstrate a good understanding of issues related to contract management (or administration)
- Experience in the manufacturing or related industry
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Demonstrate autonomy as well as good analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
- Have a good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
