**YOUR ROLE**

**The head cashier’s main tasks are**:

- Handle human resources for the cashier team (hiring, training, scheduling, etc.), in collaboration with the manager
- Take care of welcoming and onboarding new employees in your cashier team
- Motivate and mobilize the cashier team
- Ensure the quality of the service offered by our cashiers
- Take care of various cash register operations (balancing, ordering change, etc.)
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and a courteous manner
- Provide quick professional service with a smile
- Offer customers the Benny&Co. experience
- Accurately take customers’ orders and suggest additional products to complement their meal
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
