**Position Overview**:
As the **Car Rental Manager**, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team, focusing on delivering exceptional service while driving sales and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Manage, train, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver top-tier customer service. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven environment that emphasizes both individual and team growth.
- **Customer Experience**: Create a memorable and personalized experience for all customers. Ensure efficient vehicle delivery, high satisfaction levels, and timely issue resolution.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Drive sales initiatives and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Implement customer-focused sales training to build a high-performing team culture. Focus on a concierge type service at the Kiosk for preferred customers and quality rental returns and satisfactory overall rental experience for all customers.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily car rental operations, including the Service Center, Kiosk and front counter staff, fleet management, vehicle inspections, scheduling, and ensuring operational efficiencies. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and vehicle availability.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with airport operations, tourism partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with broader business goals.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Maintain a high standard of quality and customer service in all areas of operation.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Experience in Tourism & Hospitality Management** (2+ years): Proven experience in a tourism, hospitality, or customer service management role. Knowledge of the airport industry and car rental operations is a plus.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in **Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration**, or a related field is preferred.
- **Management Experience**: Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, operations, and sales targets. Experience in driving a service-based sales culture is highly desirable.
- **Strong Customer Service Orientation**: A passion for customer service with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- **Sales Focused**: Experience in setting and achieving sales targets. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in a competitive market.
- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability**: Strong ability to address and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Flexibility in handling dynamic challenges.
- **Effective Communication**: A proven value method of communication and strong English language skills with aptitude at all levels of business, customer and team leadership.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Car Rental Management Experience** is an asset.
- **Fluency in additional languages** is a plus.
- Knowledge of airport operations and customer flow dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
