**Role Overview**: We're seeking a Customer Experience & Admin Specialist to elevate our member experience, sales, and keep our operations running smoothly. If you're a pro at delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service to our members, and corporate accounts both in person and through digital channels.
- Manage member inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Manage corporate inquiries, bookings, and event planning.
- Assist and support marketing circle initiatives, including social media engagement and event coordination.
- Maintain organized records and databases to support club operations. Including o
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, corporate engagement and sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and/or community engagement is highly desirable.
- Bilingual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support club operations and events.
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe (we will provide training)
- 2 years minimum experience

Aperçu du rôle : Nous recherchons un spécialiste de l'expérience client et de l'administration pour améliorer l'expérience de nos membres, nos ventes et assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos opérations. Si vous êtes un pro de la prestation de services exceptionnels et que vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique, nous souhaitons avoir votre avis.

Responsabilités:

- Fournir un service client de premier ordre à nos membres et aux comptes d'entreprise, en personne et via les canaux numériques.
- Gérer les demandes des membres, les réservations et les tâches administratives de manière efficace et précise.
- Gérer les demandes de renseignements, les réservations et la planification d'événements d'entreprise.
- Aider et soutenir les initiatives du cercle de marketing, y compris l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux et la coordination d'événements.
- Tenir à jour des dossiers et des bases de données organisés pour soutenir les opérations du club. Y compris o
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'innovation.

Diplômes:

- Une expérience antérieure dans le service à la clientèle, l'administration, l'engagement et les ventes d'entreprise, ou dans des domaines connexes, est préférable.
- Une passion pour le sport, le fitness et/ou l'engagement communautaire est hautement souhaitable.
- Bilingue avec de solides compétences en communication, tant écrites que verbales, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec des personnes diverses.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail, avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de prioriser les responsabilités dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Flexibilité occasionnelle pour travailler le soir, le week-end et les jours fériés, selon les besoins, pour soutenir les opérations et les événements du club.
- Certification RCR/DEA ou volonté d'obtenir une certification dans un délai spécifié (nous fournirons une formation)
- 2 ans d'expérience minimum
