**Heavy Machine Operator (Skidsteer and Excavator)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate Skidsteers and Excavators safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity.
- Interpret project plans and execute tasks accurately.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience operating Skidsteers and Excavators.
- Valid certification/license for heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Pay: $38.00-$41.00 per hour
