Accounting Clerk

**Reports to **Accounting Supervisor

Accounting Clerk, primary responsibilities are accounts receivables, ticket printing and processing the Daily Operating Report.

**SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS**:

- Computer experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software preferred not required
- Must have excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

*Bilingual French & English is an asset

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Record Accounts Receivable payments and invoices
- Enter ticket orders, return tickets, and invoice clients
- Assist in compiling information for external auditors
- Record Daily Revenue
- Assist in completing Daily Operating Report, which is distributed to upper Management
- Assist in and support Daily Operations of Cash Control department
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management

*Must have own transportation, there is no public transit to the park.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
