As an Experienced Business Development professional, you will join a diverse and very experienced team and play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your established network and industry knowledge to promote, create new partnerships and grow existing partnerships for our services. Your experience in the juice and beverage sector will allow you to successfully manage a diverse portfolio, meet sales targets, and contribute to our company’s continued evolution and success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development & Strategy**:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the juice and beverage industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, distributors, retailers, and foodservice channels.
- In collaboration and support of the President, develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and quality teams on viability of new opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position the company’s products effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
**Networking & Relationship Building**:
- Utilize your established network of contacts in the beverage and bottling industry to generate leads and build long-term business relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across retail, distribution, and foodservice sectors.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and expand your network.
- Present the company’s services portfolio, including new product support and benefits to potential clients and partners.
- Offer tailored win-win solutions to meet the specific needs of customers, ensuring we do our best to help them be successful.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining company profitability.
**Reporting & Feedback**:
- Provide regular updates to management on opportunities, sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Track and report sales metrics, customer engagement, and pipeline status.
- Offer insights on customer preferences, product demand, and opportunities for expansion.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on juice and beverage bottling or related industries.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of the beverage supply chain (retail, distribution, foodservice).
- Strong network of industry contacts, including brands, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers.

- A customer service approach with a true concern for customer success and win-win solutions
- Excellent ability to network, discover, and create opportunities
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close partnership agreements effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with electronic tools, MS Office Suite, Teams and online conferencing programs and other sales-related software.
