We are currently looking to hire an **Building Maintenance Supervisor** to join our Maintenance team We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a great team environment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform maintenance and repairs to building and machines as required
- Performs preventative and predictive maintenance to building and machines
- Conduct routine inspections on fire equipment, ventilation systems, equipment and compressors, etc.
- Perform exterior maintenance such as landscaping, snow removal
- Establishing, implement and work through Preventative Maintenance programs, and maintaining maintenance logs and daily activity reports
- Schedule vendors such as Pest Control, Forklift Maintenance, etc.
- Assist with minor maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems, HVAC systems, boilers and generators
- Responsible for supervision of the maintenance crew and the efficient and cost effective preparation of all maintenance projects
- Order replacement equipment and supplies
- Maintains safe working conditions while ensuring all safety rules and procedures are being followed
- Collect, load and operate cardboard and styroam compactor
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Strong relationship building abilities and organizing skills with the ability to lead and influence others
- Understanding of Fire/Life Safety, HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and property management systems related to building functionality
- Forklift, Scissor Lift Certification an asset
- Fall Arrest Training an asset
- Good analytical and problems solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and written skills

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- building maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
