We are currently seeking passionate, highly motivated, experienced **Grill Chef** to join our culinary team. The Grill Chef will accurately and efficiently cook meats, seafood, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also, perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. If you are perusing a great culinary career, this is the place for you.
**Requirements**:
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in kitchen preparation and fine dining cooking
- You are passionate about food and culinary excellence
- Excellent culinary tastes and artistic flair for creating unique recipes and appealing dish presentation
- Experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work all restaurant operating hours including evenings and weekends
- Entremetier experience will be considered an asset
- Competitive hourly wages based on experience.
