**Summary**:
We are currently recruiting for a **Receptionist/Office Administrator** for our Regina Automation Centre. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for many of our customers and office visitors. You will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional customer service. This role also supports an internal customer base and is foundational to the administrative operations of the office. This role reports to the Manager, Operations & Application Specialists.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Operate the switchboard which includes answering, screening and forwarding the calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders and quote requests
- Greet incoming customers and guests in a professional manner, ensuring they have an appropriate contact and are signed in and out of the building
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Administration duties: Maintaining manual and electronic filing, photocopying, processing invoices and completing monthly expense reports.
- Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and ordering of stationery and other office-related supplies
- Assist sales personnel with customer events, customer BBQ’s, etc.
- Organize catering for customer and company functions
- Assist Sales Coordinators with miscellaneous tasks, as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum academic credentials: High School Diploma
- Post-secondary office/business education an asset
- Previous office-related experience an asset
- Previous reception experience is an asset
- Extensive and exceptional customer service practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good prioritizing, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
