**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic, reliable, and experienced **QA Specialist **to join our team. The goal is to drive through success to improve customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increase profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring compliance with NSI’s Nuclear Management System including CSA N286-12, CSA N299.1-16, CSA N286.7, CSA N285.0-17.
- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure Team members adhere to quality and safety policies.
- Providing departments with quality planning and support.
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
- Adhering to timelines and deliverables.
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with QA Manager.
- Managing and building relationships with multiple departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must.
- Previous experience in working with ISO 9001.
- Previous experience in internal and external audit experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Self-directed with flexibility to a changing workload.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with quality management system. Nuclear experience would be a definite asset.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Reliable and dependable.
