Channel Partner Relationship Manager

**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a highly capable, motivated channel partner relationship manager to join us in continuing to expand our world class customer focused payments platform software. Our team delivers integrated software solutions allowing all customers and partners to get paid and make payments. You would be an important part of a growing team using the latest technology to improve our product experience across platforms, empowering merchants to benefit from secure and effortless transaction processing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring Partner and their customer needs are met;
- Proactively checking in with Partners to meet their needs and provide new products/services for evolving requirements;
- Resolving Partner/customer escalations, determining root causes, and collaborating with technical teams for resolutions;
- Conducting reporting and analysis on partnership health;
- Monitoring customer support tickets;
- Overseeing multiple Partnerships to maximize value for Partners and their Customers;
- Building scalable systems and processes to manage Partner and Client Success;
- Building out automated tools for scaling client satisfaction;
- Creating how-to guides for optimal platform usage;
- Effectively promoting and driving adoption of new products to expand VoPay revenue from the existing portfolio of Partners;
- Building and owning our Knowledge Center;
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting client issues with speed and deliberation.
- Building new strategic partnerships.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- You have 7+ years of experience in payments (client-facing roles) with a keen understanding of how platforms deliver value to ISVs and customers alike;
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting and collaborating with people;
- You’re patient, you empathize with frustrated customers and win them over with kindness;
- You’re resourceful and can figure out solutions without clearly defined instructions;
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- You perform well under pressure, you naturally “run to the fire” and enjoy working in fast-paced environments where things change rapidly;
- You possess a curious and growth mindset - you may not know something but you’re ready and willing to learn;
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products, strong Excel skills are an advantage;
- Payments experience in the Canadian market is a big advantage.
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
