Executive Chef

**Duties**:

- Oversee the culinary operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Develop and create new menu items, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies for food purchasing and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating them into menu development and kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Speaking filipino is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $44,586.08-$101,521.23 per year
