**The Opportunity**

The **Inventory and Materials Coordinator **will support the operations team in inventory management and warehouse administration. The Inventory and Materials Coordinator displays a solid work ethic, a high level of initiative and can learn new concepts and put them to practice quickly. They are motivated by paying attention to each detail, have excellent follow up and organizational skills. They work well in a fast paced and time sensitive environment. They will lead by example and put customer service first and drive the Tundra WOW experience every day. This part-time position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

**The Role**
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Cycle Counts: Delegation of the initial daily cycle count
- Responsible for recounts
- Work with Tundra’s Inventory Control staff on investigations, tracking, and
- Maintain batch / serial numbers
- Maintain quarantine and auxiliary warehouse
- Resolve customer order discrepancies
- Product returns management
- Costing of parts as needed
- Assist with material movements for parts requests
- Parts returned from production
- Service requests
- Mobile field unit requests
- Record maintenance
- Support warehouse administration
- Support Tundra’s culture and core values
- 2 years of industry experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience with an ERP system
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Focused on problem solving
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, able to work independently, within a team, and across the various groups in the organization at all levels
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills
