Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Sales Associates to join our mobile sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Note: these positions are at our Caledon Equestrian Park mobile unit Hours may be available at other locations as well.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

**Skills**:

- English equestrian experience is mandatory
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to sell products persuasively and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using POS systems for accurate transaction processing
- Bilingual proficiency in French is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with technology products and their features
